Happy Thanksgiving
Posted on 26. Nov, 2009 by Charles in Affiliate Marketing
I just wanted to a few minutes to wish you a wonderful thanksgiving.-)
Today is the one day of the year we all sit down and give thanks for everything and celebrate life or at least we should.
I hope today you take time and find some balance between family, health, and making money!
Over the past 10 years I have struggled to find that balance and I can tell you it is a challenge and one that I face every day.
I have personally overcome disabilities, major health issues, losing everything and then becoming super successful in online and offline business, I can tell you the things we make important in life aren’t really that important in the overall picture.
If there is any advice I can give you today that is take my motto and put it to use in your life.
My personal motto and standard of life is “Everyday above ground is going to be a good day”

Charles, Happy Thanksgiving! I’m a newbie to internet marketing and I’ve had my nose in the computer since Nov.8th,09 trying to figure out how to make money online. I have bought into several programs including yours which will take me awhile to learn and to implement all the systems into cash flow…I’m going to be doing affiliate marketing to get my feet wet…Then I will also do IMBuzz.com program to create a viral traffic explosion by giving it all away! I’m going to learn HTML so I can program my own web pages. How long it will take me to get from learning to having my affiliate links up and working I hope will be soon I have learned from your insightful articles. Keep up the good work! Your internet friend, Michael.

Hi Mr. Kirkland, you’ve pretty much just blown my day away, emotionally, but not to say it was a bad thing, it just hit me hard between the eyes so to speak. You’re a precious man for wanting to wish everyone happy T-day, but with the sentence you said “Everyday above ground is a good day” my husband used to religiously say this all the time. He was a drug addict, recovering at times other times we weren’t, yes I was to. My husband passed away 6 months ago, from a heart attack, and I found him. By you saying that phrase, it brought so much back to me, I crumbled, reached for the phone in tears to call my son, and told him, he felt as I did, I just wanted you to know I believe I was to read this, cause my husband who was a christian as I am, was looking down on his family and thru you wanted us to have a happy thanksgiving tho he’s not physically with us. I just wanted to tell you God Bless you and your whole family, and nothing can separate your love between you and your family, even thru death that person will reach out and touch you. Cherish eachother while you’re hear.

Thank You, Charles!..Every Day above ground is a good Day! Not only for airline Pilots! For all of us, who are trying to leave the ground but Newton is smiling and says, ‘You are a litle too early! Go through all the struggles which Charles and others went through before you try to go above the ground!
I am greatly gratified to be your friend and a ‘well-wished’ friend. I value this friendship more than any thing else.
On Thanksgiving Day I recall with pleasantness my own visits to American Families for 3 successive Thanksgiving Days during the 4 years America nurtured my in my student days. I long to relive those days, but obstacles are there , one of which is the need to go above the ground!

Thanks for the well wishes. I am disgruntled with my inability to actually make money on line. I struggled for months to get 2 websites up and going, and neither one has generated sales. The free traffic methods worked, but without income I have 0 budget for P.P.C., C.P.A. etc. J.V.’s are also out of the question as I am an unknown. I wonder where there is real money and not some possibly forged clickbank screenshot?

Hi Dara,
Thank so for reading my blog and you are 100% right. That is also a verse out of the King James Bible.
“For what does it profit a man if he wins the whole world and suffers the loss of his own soul.”

Hi Chris,
My screen shots are real but a lot of people fake them. I have even found people stealing my stuff before.
But if you are having trouble making money the biggest question I have for you is have you really read the classic
marketing books by the masters?
Most of these new so called marketing books are total junk. You need to read books by Joe Sugarman and Victor Schwab and
a newer one my Maria Veloso. That is really when my income started to take off.
One you understand basic marketing everything else is easy.

Hi Orion,
Life has many ups and downs and sometimes we find ourselfs in places that we never dreams we would be.
Sometimes that is good and sometimes that is bad. But with each change it is a chance to grow as a person
and be more then who we think we can be.
Thanks
Charles
