   Excellent advice. It’s very easy to get distracted with all the emails pushing junk. Before you know it you’ve wasted a couple hours and haven’t accomplished anything.

   Hey Charles, it’s been a few months since I got an email from you – were you off on safari this winter?

   Checking emails and buying push button traffic is just a form of procrastination for doing the real work. Notice many of us don’t do the hard stuff for fear of failing. It’s that 80/20 rule all over again.

   head this time sir. I just fired several hyped up so call auto pilot junk soft ware guru’ last week! I’m borrowing a saying from one of my favorite cartoon figure “Pop Eye”!    Hey Charles, thank you so much for the valuable content you deliver, you’re absolutely right about the gurus…and checking the emails, yeah, that stuff really slows your productivity and most people even don’t realize it.
   Did you change your email remittent? Before was your name and now I see support@whatever… If you are testing this it works because it really dragged my eye.

   I have been sending emails with Aweber but just changed to officeautopiliot and my open rates wentup big time. A lot of people haven’t been getting my emails with aweber.

   I have been testing eamils to see what gets the best open rate.

   SO far any email from support get the best opens.

    Once again excellent advice
    I have ignored testing and tweaking for far too long
    No wonder my business is slugish.
    I read one of the comments above and your reply was about people were not getting your emails with aweber. obviously you have been testing I am with aweber so i will head on over their and do some testing its just something i have never really done before but itsounds like a priority task “maybe mundane but some times its the mundane things that make you the most money.

    Your video really got me thinking.

    I’ve realized my to-do-list approach doesn’t help. I end up with 10 things I know I want to do, but focussing on none of them. I’ve decided to change my work process, and everyday have just one thing that I absolutely must categorically do. This should help me concentrate on the right things- the things that make me money!

    Hi Charles, love this video, so much of it is just common sense, but much of it is what people miss!
    “Running around like headless chickens”, I love that.
    I am so pissed off with all the so-called “Gurus”, So much crap, hype, and my least favourite word these days, is “Autopilot” as soon as I hear that I’m gone!
    All the S>O>B’s are now telling everyone they have been lied to, and how they are going to put that right.
    They all use the same old shit, for want of a better word. It makes me sad to see so many desperate people , going short just to buy the rubbish. They target those who can least afford it. Congratulations on your honesty and keep the videos coming. All the best Pal, Martin
