It was disastrous and my personal apology
Posted on 17. Jul, 2010 by Charles in Affiliate Marketing
My affiliate call yesterday had some “technical” problems. OK, that would be a HUGE understatement.
We only had 98 phone lines, and I mailed the invite to my personal list of 22,137 people around 11 am. By 2pm when the call started we had 312 people who wanted to be on the call.
With the lines maxed out, some people were getting bumped off the line.
The 98 people who were on the lines couldn’t even hear me because the bridge line had degraded from the amount of people on the call.
Needless to say it went down like the Titanic. On the next call, I will have more lines and a much better connection.

Hey Charles,
I was on the call and yes the audio was low, but you were trying to give out some great clickbank info and that is much appreciated . The only way to learn is from experience. And most of the time the only way to get experience is to fail at first.
Learn from your mistakes and move on. That is the key to success. Hold your chin up Charles you are doing great.
P.S. Thanks for the podcast. I will listen to it this weekend.

I’m no expert on these kinds of things but I think you are right to change the system.
